📋 Description

• Develop strategies and approach to priority EU policy issues.
• Drive policy campaigns with Brussels policymakers and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with policymakers, regulators and Brussels stakeholders.
• Shape policy positions and prepare leaders for EU engagements.
• Represent OpenAI in private and public forums on policy.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to advance Brussels objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of EU institutions and AI policy issues.
• Strong network with EU policymakers, regulators, civil society, industry.
• Translate AI concepts into policy relevance for EU audiences.
• Self directed and able to work across teams in a fast moving environment.
• Passion for technology and responsible AI development.
• Experience driving external policy initiatives like white papers or coalitions.
