EU Telemedicine Doctor (German Speaking)

📋 Description

• Evaluate patient consultations on our asynchronous online platform.
• Prescribe treatment per HeliosX clinical protocols and local laws.
• Request information from patients and document records in English.
• Work to the designated rota to meet customer demand.
• Engage in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Coordinate with the German-speaking Customer Support team.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered doctor with Poland's Naczelna Izba Lekarska.
• Independent Prescriber with current practice rights.
• Digital health/telemedicine experience.
• GLP1 weight loss/obesity management experience a plus.
• Fluent in English; German advantageous.
• Zendesk or other customer-service tools experience; strong attention to detail.
