📋 Description

• Provide advanced third- and fourth-level technical support for Windows, Microsoft Intune, and
• Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint devices and configurations through Microsoft Intune.
• Manage configuration and compliance policies, device targeting, reporting, and advanced
• Manage Windows Autopilot processes, including device registration, deployment profiles
• Administer Microsoft Configuration Manager environments, including clients, deployments
• Package, test, and deploy applications through Intune and MECM, including Win32 Apps, MSI/MSIX, and

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience administering and supporting Microsoft Intune and/or MECM/SCCM in enterprise
• Strong experience troubleshooting Windows endpoints, including operating systems, drivers
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning and deployment processes.
• Experience packaging and distributing applications through Intune and/or MECM.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for automation, troubleshooting, remediation, and operational
• Experience managing Windows updates and patching processes.
