Europe Strategy & Operations Director

📋 Description

• Drive OKR attainment for the International team, owning strategy and execution for our Europe Top 8
• Lead and develop a team of Strategy & Operations ICs through coaching, prioritization, and
• Personally own key initiatives in Europe: identify opportunities that move company metrics, align
• Prioritize GTM and Product initiatives based on impact, strategic importance, and complexity, and
• Proactively identify opportunities that grow retailer lifetime value (LTV)
• Drive forecasting, performance monitoring, and metric decomps, and surface the insights that matter

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, finance (investment banking or private equity), or analytical
• Experience managing and developing people
• Some experience partnering with GTM and Product teams
• You are an exceptional creative problem solver. You can break down ambiguous problems and structure
• You are analytical and comfortable with data. You have strong analytical thinking and SQL
• You have strong product and business intuition. You can place insights in the context of broader
