📋 Description

• Lead evaluation assignments from inception and design through implementation, analysis, and final
• Conduct centralized evaluations commissioned and managed by the oversight function, ensuring
• Provide technical guidance and quality assurance for decentralized evaluations commissioned by
• Review evaluation terms of reference, inception reports, and draft reports, providing
• Conduct ex post quality assessments of completed evaluations.
• Design and implement evidence-generation activities, including rapid assessments, reviews

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Development Studies, International Development, Social Sciences, Information
• Evaluation-related certification is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a field relevant to the specific assignment.
• Experience conducting different types of evaluations, including strategy, policy, process, outcome
• Familiarity with evaluation approaches such as mid-range theories, adaptive methods, rapid
• Ability to design evaluation methodologies, analyze evidence, formulate conclusions, and develop
