Act as main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events - including staff, musicians and venue
Communicate directly with Fever Originals manager
Ensuring each staff member is trained in their duties on site - whether it is validating tickets
Manage inventory needs for all concerts
Manage any printing needs
Manage guest lists for all events on site

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in event management and/or a relevant degree (preferred)
Be based in Vienna
Native German and fluent English. Other languages are a plus
Interest and passion for live music and organizing event
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience leading an on-site team
