Event & Field Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Plan and execute key workstreams for major industry conferences and tradeshows, including
• Coordinate customer and prospect meetings, executive engagements, and other activities surrounding
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to align event objectives, timelines, and
• Support pre-event promotion, lead capture, post-event follow-up, and reporting to maximize event
• Help plan and execute Together AI's flagship first-party events, executive programs, and
• Own assigned event workstreams, coordinating vendors, production, logistics, and onsite execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, conference and tradeshow management, or
• Hands-on experience executing in-person events, including vendor management, logistics
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working across internal teams and
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to
• An appreciation for thoughtfully executed, high-quality event experiences.
