🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in corporate staging, live events, audiovisual, or broadcast.
• Experience in project management within event production environments.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong technical background with experience operating and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment.
• Knowledge of event logistics, budgets, and cost control processes.
