Event Manager

📋 Description

• Act as onsite main contact for Candlelight events and Fever Originals staff.
• Manage staff roster and scheduling; coordinate with staffing agency.
• Train staff on duties: ticket validation, seating, candles prep.
• Transport supplies using a uHaul; arrange alternatives if unable to drive.
• Manage inventory, printing needs, and guest lists.
• Public speaking for opening/closing remarks; weekly status reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in event management (degree preferred).
• Passion for live music and organizing events.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience leading an on-site team.
• Strong problem-solving skills; works under pressure.
• Knowledge of AV/PA systems (desirable).
