Event Manager - Buffalo (NY)

📋 Description

• Act as onsite main contact for Candlelight events and staff.
• Manage staff roster, shifts, and agency communications.
• Train staff on duties: tickets, seating, candle setup.
• Transport supplies using a uHaul (driving required).
• Manage venue inventory, printing, and guest lists.
• Lead opening/closing remarks and occasional public speaking.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years event management experience (degree preferred)
• Passion for live music and events
• Exceptional customer service
• Experience leading on-site team
• Knowledge of AV/PA systems (desirable)
• Driver's license strongly preferred
