Event Manager (Freelance)

📋 Description

• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for Candlelight concerts
• Manage floor staff, schedules, and communicate with Fever Originals Manager
• Oversee ticket checks, audience guidance, and candle setups
• Coordinate venue materials, inventory, and printed items
• Lead guest lists, announcements, and post-show feedback with project team
• Prepare weekly reports on readiness and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in event planning and operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset with quick adaptation to changing events
• AV/PA system understanding preferred
• Ability to use a personal laptop for work
