Lead client planning across physical, hybrid, and virtual events.
Coordinate with event operations, on-site teams, and AV to ensure seamless delivery.
Manage timelines, run-of-show, and post-event deliverables.
Serve as primary client contact from kickoff to post-event.
Collaborate with Sales to prepare diagrams, timelines, and feasibility.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a customer-facing role.
Experience in event planning and project management.
Proficient with collaboration tools: Slack, Salesforce, Smartsheets, Google Suite.
Familiarity with SaaS, event platform, video, and web conferencing.
Strong business acumen and composure under pressure.
Problem solver focused on customer satisfaction.
