Oversee the planning and delivery of live events from set-up through to breakdown
Coordinate event staff, suppliers and venue teams on-site
Ensure smooth event operations and a high-quality guest experience
Support with logistics, stock management and event equipment
Assist with event build, styling and general set-up tasks where required
Troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently during live events

🎯 Requirements

Previous experience managing events, activations or hospitality-led experiences
Background in hospitality, bar work or venue operations would be highly beneficial
Organised, proactive and confident working independently
Comfortable taking ownership while also being part of a wider team
Practical and willing to get involved with all aspects of event delivery
Excellent communication and people skills
