Event Manager, Tradeshows

📋 Description

• Partner with Regional Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other internal stakeholders to
• Own project plans, timelines, planning meetings, action items, status reporting, and stakeholder
• Manage tradeshow and event logistics, including but not limited to show services, exhibit
• Coordinate ancillary meetings and educational programs held alongside conferences, including
• Manage assigned vendors and agencies, obtain estimates, track budgets and purchase commitments, and
• Lead on-site execution, troubleshoot issues, and escalate significant risks or decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant tradeshow, conference, or event management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events and competing deadlines with appropriate
• Experience managing event logistics, vendors, budgets, and project plans; vendor negotiation
• Ability to interpret basic event performance data and communicate actionable findings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in marketing, communications, event management
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration
