📋 Description

• Support events team with timelines, requests, file organization
• Budget tracking, reporting, process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate global conference calendars and logistics
• Manage event drive, materials orders, shipping
• Track campaigns in Wrike and align stakeholder teams
• Assist with planning, logistics, and budget/payments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or related field
• 3-5+ years in marketing ops, PM, event planning, or comms
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Excellent organization and project management
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding environment
• Experience with project/event management software a plus
