Event Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events, ensuring all requirements are covered
• Leading the onsite execution, making sure that setup, live operations, and closure happen
• Supervising the event closure process, including reconciliations, incident reporting, and
• Ensuring the team is aligned, motivated, and executing effectively under your leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
• At least +3/4 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
• Embrace change and create it
• Can speak different languages. Spanish and English are our main languages
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Can manage teams in a structured way
