• Manage all aspects of Candlelight concert production from prep to wrap-up
• Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule
• Coordinate with Project Managers and on-site teams for alignment
• Optimize production costs and processes
• Manage third-party quotes, invoices and P&L
• Secure permits and meet insurance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in the live event production industry
• Native Japanese and fluent English
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams
• Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions
• Strong vendor and venue network
• Understanding of technical production requirements
