Event Producer

📋 Description

• Manage production end-to-end: pre-prod logistics, vendor hiring, onsite execution
• Create production timelines and ensure teams keep to schedule
• Collaborate with Project Managers and onsite teams to drive concert execution
• Optimize production costs and processes where possible
• Handle third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates
• Secure permits, ensure insurance, and research/booking venues

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in the event production industry
• Native/Fluent German and strong English; other languages a plus
• Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate complex events
• Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions
• Strong network of vendors and venues; solid technical production knowledge
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
