Event Producer

📋 Description

• Manage Candlelight concerts' production: pre-prod logistics, vendor hiring, onsite execution, and wrap-up
• Create production timelines and keep teams on schedule
• Communicate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment
• Optimize production costs and processes
• Manage follow-up of third parties' quotes, invoices, and P&L updates
• Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate aspects effectively
• Strong network of vendors and venues
• Understanding of technical production requirements and familiarity with permitting processes
• Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge solutions in the production space
