📋 Description

• Manage Candlelight concerts from planning to wrap-up.
• Create and track production timelines across teams.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and on-site teams.
• Optimize costs and production processes where possible.
• Manage third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates; permits.
• Venue research, bookings, travel, and cross-time-zone coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in live event production.
• Native Japanese and fluent English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Flexible, creative, detail-oriented with budget awareness.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-team communication.
• Knowledge of technical production and basic fabrication/permitting.
