📋 Description

• Lead production for Fever Candlelight concerts: pre-prod to wrap-up
• Create production timelines and keep teams on schedule
• Coordinate with Project Managers and on-site teams for alignment
• Optimize production costs and processes
• Manage third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates
• Secure event permits and meet insurance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in live event production
• Native Japanese and Fluent English
• Strong project management across multiple events
• Robust vendor network and collaboration skills
• Understanding of technical production requirements
• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and permitting
