Event Producer

📋 Description

• Oversee technical & administrative processes: pre-production logistics, vendor selection, wrap-up.
• Assess technical riders and propose budget-aligned changes.
• Identify production efficiencies for upcoming seasons.
• Budgeting: build and maintain production budgets through feasibility to operations.
• Partner management: due diligence on partners; develop national deals for expansion.
• Coordinate LatAm SSI projects with third-party partners for execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in event production.
• Theater / Stage Management experience (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple cities and coordinate many aspects of an event.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Understanding of technical production requirements and permitting processes.
