Event Producer Intern - Northern Europe (Madrid)

📋 Description

• Manage Fever Originals event production end-to-end (planning to wrap-up)
• Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule
• Communicate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment
• Optimize production costs and processes whenever possible
• Secure event permits and meet insurance requirements
• Handle admin duties: expense reports, invoicing, and contracts with Legal

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Baltic) a plus
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in an organized way
• Understanding of technical production requirements
• Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
• Starting date: September 2026
