Event Project Manager, Life Sciences (German-speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital and in-person life sciences events
• Manage end-to-end delivery of congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and medical education programs
• Build and launch digital engagement solutions (web, mobile, portal, video, AI-powered experiences)
• Coordinate with customers, healthcare professionals, speakers, field teams, agencies, and internal
• Prepare and manage event tech setups (engagement tools, devices, badge printers, onsite solutions)
• Train faculty, field teams, and event staff; ensure participants are prepared for live experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in event project management, congress planning, medical education, or related
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical meeting workflows and stakeholder management
• Experience with healthcare professionals, KOLs, medical societies, and corporate stakeholders
• Knowledge of pharma compliance (Commercial, Medical, Legal Review)
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize deadlines, and solve operational challenges
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-focused mindset
