Greet Suite Guests with a smile and provide outstanding service.
Ensure guests have the proper ticket to access a suite/loge box.
Assist guests visiting a suite/loge who have passes.
Inspect suite/loge boxes pre and post event for cleanliness and safety.
Anticipate the needs of the Suites guests and answer questions with facility/event knowledge.
Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

One year of customer service experience.
Strong dedication to outstanding customer service.
Good problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
