Event Support Technician

📋 Description

• Provide tech support during events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain computer systems, network devices, and broadcast/A/V systems.
• Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Test, maintain, and fabricate cables, adapters, and small parts.
• Image/install OS, service packs, patches, and bug fixes.
• Build and update SOPs for training and IT operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in live event IT or desktop/technical support.
• Windows/Mac OS, mobile devices, network switches/hubs, and cabling.
• Broadcast signal flow in TV; includes video routers, video switchers, and RF infrastructure.
• Office automation products and peripherals including printers and scanners.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, make quick decisions, and respond to live game/event demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in small environments.
