📋 Description

• Develop event strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead planning and execution of annual client conference Elevate
• Plan and execute regional networking events, trade shows, and 15-20 industry events per year
• Plan executive dinners and client gatherings
• Manage event timelines across multiple events
• Work with sales to set meeting goals and follow up with leads

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• 5 years of experience in corporate event planning, conference management, or event marketing
• Track record of leading events from strategy through execution, including large multi-day
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience developing and managing event budgets and reporting on ROI
• Ability to manage multiple events at once with exceptional attention to detail
