Events Designer, Business Marketing

📋 Description

• Design event experiences from concept to execution, including signage, wayfinding, wall graphics
• Build cohesive visual systems that extend across physical environments, keynote presentations
• Create broadcast and livestream graphics, including overlays, lower thirds, titles, countdowns, and
• Storyboard and art-direct motion work in partnership with internal motion designers and external
• Collaborate with producers, motion designers, video teams, artists, event planners, marketing, and
• Maintain and evolve OpenAI’s brand system in event contexts, creating reusable templates

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience translating a creative concept into production-ready graphics for events
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, high-quality brand and experiential design across
• Fluency with design tools and processes for visual identity, presentations, environmental graphics
• Excellent visual craft and attention to detail, including typography, composition, brand
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and
• Ability to manage overlapping projects and design timelines, adapt to ambiguity, and deliver
