Events Graphic Designer (PH)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end creative production for assigned events — social, SMS, print, and signage —
• Build and scale reusable creative systems (e.g., "Event in a Box" template sets, modular templates)
• Organize and expand our reusable visual asset library into a clean, accessible system the whole
• Drive measurable, ongoing improvements in creative turnaround time and output volume as the
• Proactively bring new creative trends, formats, and ideas to the team, and contribute informed

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on design experience (Canva or similar) producing social graphics, SMS funnel images, and
• A track record of independently managing a high-volume creative request queue, hitting turnaround
• Experience building reusable, template-based design systems that scale beyond a single event or
• Comfort incorporating AI-assisted creative tools into a core design workflow.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the judgment to work independently on routine
• A genuine interest in creative variety — you're energized by touching dozens of distinct event
