Events Lead

📋 Description

• Plans and executes special events, tours, and customer experiences from start to finish, including
• Coordinates conference sponsorship activations and special events, working with internal teams
• Develops event agendas, registration landing pages, and invite lists, and communicates directly
• Provides onsite event support, including evening receptions and weekend events.
• Designs creative branding elements, such as décor, interactive activations, themes, and custom
• Manages administrative tasks for the department, including supply ordering, budget tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in event planning or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, hospitality, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in all event planning aspects, including but not limited to venue sourcing
• Comfortable using AI and using it to apply to work related tasks.
• Strong communication skills to ensure high-quality experiences across multiple programs and teams.
