📋 Description

• Own strategy and logistics for events of all sizes and geographies.
• Create activations at major conferences beyond the standard booth.
• Source, negotiate, and manage speakers and talent; run of show.
• Partner with sales on VIP experiences and post-event measurement.
• Build and manage vendors, venues, and agencies across markets.
• Own event budgets and contracts; manage cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years running high-impact events, including international programs.
• Creative, out-of-the-box concepts, not just flawless execution.
• Experience booking and managing talent; producing live shows end-to-end.
• Comfort owning a number: partnering with sales and measuring against pipeline.
• Strong vendor, venue, and agency management; negotiation instincts.
• AI-forward way of working; use Gamma tools to move faster.
