Events Lead - EMEA (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end logistics for field events and activations across EMEA.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and venue relationships across markets.
• Support trade shows: booth builds, sponsorship fulfilment, on-site execution.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and leadership to align goals.
• Identify gaps in branding and attendee experience; solve proactively.

• Proven track record running events across multiple European markets.
• Comfortable owning both owned events and third-party sponsorships end-to-end.
• Experience in lean, fast-moving environments where you set your pace.
• Strong vendor and agency management across geographies.
• Contract-based; willing to travel across EMEA as needed.
