Events Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage industry events from pre-planning to post-event reporting.
• Manage event budgets and invoicing; produce timely budget reports.
• Lead elements of Geotab Connect; collaborate with internal teams.
• Research and recommend strategic software (Cvent, iCapture, Sendoso) to improve efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights for future events.
• Maintain a database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Event Management.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• CMP designation highly valued.
• High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Adaptability to work under pressure and fast-changing priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
