📋 Description

• Lead and manage industry events, including pre-planning and post-event reporting.
• Manage event budgets and invoicing; provide timely budget reports.
• Lead Geotab Connect; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Evaluate software like iCapture/Sendoso/Cvent to improve efficiencies.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and venues; align with brand and budgets.
• Update global events calendar and ensure accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Event Management.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.
• CMP designation highly valued.
• High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail for event execution.
• Adaptability to work under pressure and fast-changing priorities.
• Experience managing a budget.
