Events Manager

📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and annual calendar for tenant community events across amenity spaces.
• Design experiences to support leasing velocity and tenant retention through broker events and tours.
• Build long-term tenant relationships and incorporate feedback into tailored programming.
• Promote on-site F&B, retail, and local vendors for cohesive events.
• Define goals, logistics, and run-of-show frameworks for each event.
• Manage annual tenant events budget and measure attendance and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in full-cycle event operations, hospitality, or premium guest-facing environments.
• Proven ability to maintain operational standards and drive high-volume/high-touch experiences.
• Experience driving revenue/efficiency via staffing, planning, and resource management.
• Strong escalation management to protect guest experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Tech-savvy with booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event
