📋 Description

• Manage and execute high-touch creator, press, and executive-facing events from end to end
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, tracking all milestones, deliverables, and
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, AV providers, and creative
• Oversee attendee registration, check-in processes, and manage event communications, including pre-
• Maintain meticulous financial records, closely monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and
• Collaborate closely with and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders—including design

🎯 Requirements

• Have 7+ years of event production experience, managing end-to-end planning, onsite execution, and
• Enjoy pushing creative boundaries and excel at leading the guest experience–owning front-of-house
