Deliver B2B events from initial planning through onsite execution, coordinating agencies
Build and maintain project schedules, with clear milestones, owners, deliverables, and deadlines.
Select and negotiate with venues, caterers, AV providers, and creative production partners
Own registration, check-in, and guest communications in partnership with Marketing, including
Track budgets and spending, process invoices, and complete financial reconciliation and reporting.
Partner with Enterprise Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing on audiences
