Events & Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage annual trade show and event calendar, evaluate new event requests, secure bookings, and
• Oversee booth reservations, event materials, printing, logistics, digital promotions, and
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and external partners to share
• Provide regular updates to leadership on upcoming events, booking progress, deadlines, and
• Coordinate incoming marketing requests, prioritize initiatives according to business needs, and
• Develop, maintain, and execute quarterly and weekly social media calendars, primarily for LinkedIn

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination and social media management
• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate events, manage multiple logistical requirements
• Experience managing social media accounts and editorial calendars, particularly on LinkedIn and
• Ability to develop engaging promotional content and produce marketing assets, including videos
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, Canva, CapCut, Descript, and comparable video
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot in daily workflows.
