Events Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage the EMEA events calendar, including field events, hosted customer and prospect
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and cross-functional stakeholders to define event objectives
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities, speaking engagements, and event formats to maximize audience
• Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including venue and vendor management, timelines
• Partner with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, Design, Partnerships, and Sales teams to develop
• Plan and deliver approximately one EMEA webinar per month, managing topic selection, speaker

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in event marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS company or B2B
• Proven experience planning and delivering in-person events across multiple formats, including field
• Demonstrated experience managing webinars end to end, with enthusiasm for balancing a busy
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to support event-driven lead follow-up, pipeline
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or similar tools, as well as
