📋 Description

• Assist in organizing external events from A to Z: planning, briefing, logistics, budget tracking
• Be the go-to support for 'run' tasks, sourcing, and project troubleshooting.
• Contribute to creating post-event reports, wrap-ups, and learnings.
• Help produce brand content and goodies in-house with limited resources (without agency support).
• Handle shipping logistics, coordination, and production tasks (examples: influencers' events at the

• Comfortable working in both French & English (written and spoken).
