📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including marketing and sales conferences, trade
• Manage all phases of the event lifecycle, from initial concept development and planning through
• Coordinate event logistics, including attendee registration, participant tracking, presentation
• Research potential venues, assess available options, and recommend locations that meet event
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate external vendors and service providers to ensure reliable delivery
• Oversee venue arrangements and operational requirements, including facilities, exhibit setup

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in an event planning or event coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience planning and managing events from initial preparation through on-site
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with reliable follow-through on
• Experience developing and managing budgets, tracking expenses, coordinating resources, and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for budget
