Events Program Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client contact for production logistics, shipment schedules, specifications
• Manage changing requirements and compressed timelines by reprioritizing work, communicating
• Participate in client planning calls and translate event requirements into clear instructions for
• Proactively monitor shipments and logistics milestones, identifying and escalating potential issues
• Build trusted client relationships through responsive, professional, and confident communication
• Oversee the preparation, packing, organization, and quality control of event kits containing

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in event production, trade show coordination, experiential marketing, or a
• Demonstrated experience working on-site with brand activations, trade show booths, experiential
• Hands-on warehouse experience, including physically handling event equipment, displays, assets, and
• Experience managing client relationships where requirements may change frequently and timelines are
• Familiarity with scenic and fabricated event assets, including multi-piece displays and activation
• Understanding of event logistics such as load-in/load-out, venue shipments, drayage, advance

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation of $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
