📋 Description

• Manage project plans for event initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies
• Drive day-to-day execution of event logistics, venue coordination, promotional materials, and

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in an event specialist or event project manager role at a B2B
• Background in managing high-level cross-functional trade shows, field events, corporate
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field, or
• Proficient with Asana or similar project management tools, as well as Google suite, Figma, Glean
• Foundational understanding of event timelines, run-of-shows, and general project management
• Takes ownership of the production, logistics, and execution of event strategies defined by project
