Events Specialist

📋 Description

• Source and prioritize events.
• Research and pick tradeshows and conferences.
• Align events with ICP and revenue goals.
• Own a rolling 12-month event calendar.
• Negotiate contracts with organizers, vendors, and venues.
• Plan end-to-end event logistics (booth, swag, AV, lead capture).

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in event marketing or related field
• Track record of end-to-end events; show results
• Experience managing event budgets; forecasting and ROI
• Comfortable defining KPIs and linking events to pipeline
• Genuinely into AI; AI projects/workflows in events
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
