• Keep event calendar up-to-date
• Manage event budgets and lead forms in CRM
• Create event materials: banners, badges, collateral
• Handle pre/post emails and LinkedIn promotions
• Support regional Energy Connect series across Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Munich studying Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Willing to travel periodically; company covers expenses
• English required; German a plus
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, detail-oriented
• Proactive, self-starter with a get-things-done mindset
• Collaborative team player
