📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs.
• Lead multiple high-impact programs with scope, timeline and risk control.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into plans.
• Serve as a trusted program lead for customers and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and partners.
• Anticipate risks early and mitigate before they impact delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS or hardware.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale deployments for global customers.
• PM fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, dependency, and change management.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication translating complex technical concepts for exec and customer audiences.
