EverPro - Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for an AI-powered voice
• Define the broader voice product strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI voice capabilities
• Partner with engineering, design, AI and platform teams, customer success, sales, and business
• Lead product discovery through customer research, feedback loops, competitive analysis, market
• Translate customer needs and business priorities into product requirements, briefs, roadmaps
• Prioritize investments across core product enhancements, integrations, customer-specific

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS products
• Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and execution in highly cross-functional
• Experience with AI, voice, conversational products, communications platforms, workflow automation
• Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on integrations, APIs, data workflows
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills, including the ability to define product metrics
