Proven ownership of a sales organization or business unit P&L, including budgeting
Deep CPG sales leadership experience at a broker, agency, or manufacturer, with a track record of
Hands-on experience selling into Mass and/or Club retailers, plus the ability to lead across
Experience leading leaders across a multi-layered organization.
Executive-level relationships and credibility with retail buyers and manufacturer client
Strong business acumen in trade spend, retail math, and syndicated data (Circana, NielsenIQ
