• Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to placement with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain client relationships; cross-sell across lines of business.
• Plan daily activities; generate leads; conduct weekly interviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in audit/tax/public accounting or related talent solutions.
• Proficient with Bullhorn ATS for activity logging and candidate management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-building.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple job orders; results-driven.
• Interpersonal intelligence; able to manage emotions and build rapport.
