📋 Description

• Creating and updating vendor master data in backend systems and Procurement Platform, ensuring
• Acting as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately across all systems to
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and occasionally with suppliers to resolve issues
• Supporting data quality initiatives to maintain up-to-date master data
• Assisting with various aspects of supplier management to enhance procurement operations

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a high level of quality awareness and an accurate working style
• Self-organized with strong responsibility in tasks
• General understanding of purchasing and invoicing processes
• Efficiency in operative processing of incoming tickets
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in English; German skills is a plus
